I have created a freaking-fabulous Mermaid Experience E-course for you guys, and I wanted to share about it and tell you what you can expect if you take the course.
I’ve already shared about How Mermaids Changed my Life in my earlier post, and how much of an influence mermaids have had upon me. I wanted to create a simple course that would give you the opportunity to discover how mermaids could change your life too. I didn’t want to crazy overwhelm you with too much info, so I am holding myself back a bit (I am definately a LOOK-HERE-IS-EVERYTHING-LOOK-HERE’S-EVEN-MORE! kind of person) – it’s like an introduction to my Mermaid Priestess philosophy.
If you join me, you will be working a LOT with the Mermaid Archetype for four weeks. I see mermaids as a divine archetype and an aspect of the Goddess, but if you see them in a different way, no worries.
- In the First Week, we get to grips with the mermaid archetype, and explore where her qualities and strengths have come from throughout history. You get to see how the history of mermaids in inextricably bound with the history of women, and feel how empowering that it. I’ve been researching and putting together a collection of mermaid folklore and tales for you that I feel really illustrate the qualities of the Divine Mermaid Archetype, and collecting all sorts of info about mermaids around the world and about Mermaid Gods and Goddesses.
- Week Two is Mermaid Magic + Love week! We explore little rituals and activities we can do daily to bring the divine power and magic of the mermaids into our life. I’m compiling and adding to a mini grimoire of mermaid magical treats for you as we speak! You will start to explore the Mermaid’s Comb, one of her powerful symbols, and begin to learn and indulge in the mermaid’s many-faceted power of Love – it’s not just about romance and pining for sailors y’know.
- We get a little darker in Week Three, exploring aspects of Mermaids that most new age books just touch on – sex, power, fear, sacrifice, deep feeling. You will be challenged hold up the mermaid’s mirror to face and honour your feelings and shadows this week. This I think is one of the most powerful weeks, and the stuff we cover this week is the stuff that really changed me. Thing is, mermaids are not just about rainbows and sweetness and cute fishes. They are creatures of the ocean, which is both beautiful and terrifying. A storm is not bad, it just is.
- Week Four is a celebration! Hurrah! And it’s a practical guide on how to take the magic of the mermaids and really integrate it into your life, into your mind, into everything you do. We explore and talk about Desire, a primal mermaid guide, and about embodying the Mermaid Archetype in the real world and what that means.
Throughout the Mermaid Experience E-Course there are loads of fun things like Meditation mp3’s, worksheets, affirmations and posters to enjoy and work with to make your journey with the mermaids as easy and fun as possible, plus we will join together in our community Mermaid 101 Facebook Group to discuss the course, answer prompts and questions that will take us deeper into our exploration of the mermaid archetype, and hang out with other mermaid people like you, because mermaid people are the best people!
My mermaid spirituality is really practical and very life-change, inspirational and internally focused, and I haven’t really seen anything similar anywhere else.
