INVOKING THE WILD MAIDEN
EMBRACING THE WILD FEMININE
DANCING WITH HER SHADOWS

Join me for a three-hour in-person workshop exploring the archetypes of the Divine Feminine, and how they can help you heal and transform your relationships with others!

In this  workshop, Priestess of the Goddess Demelza Fox will lead you on a journey to meet your inner Wild Maiden. This archetype holds your authentic self, your truth, your centre – the part of you who is free to be your full self, without looking to others for approval or permission. She is free and magical, and in this workshop, we will be getting to know who our true Wild Self is and how to bring her out into the world a little more.

As we get to know the archetype of the Wild Maiden, through her stories and through meditation and ritual, we will also dance with her shadow aspects – the Shielded Maiden and the Princess. These shadows are our wounding patterns, how we try to relate to and cope with the world when we feel separated from our Wild Maiden self. We will come to know these shadow aspects, understand which one lives within us most strongly, and find ways to work with and soothe these wounding patterns.

This archetypal shadow work is revelatory and deeply healing, and can completely turn around your relationship with yourself and how you navigate relationships with others. It has completely changed my life and the way I relate with others for the better, and given me powerful insights into my relationship patterns and the way I work in the world.

Expect stories, ritual, meditation and dance! Bring a journal to write in, a yoga mat and/or a blanket or pillows to lie down on (if you can) and something that represents Freedom to you to place on our central altar.

Location

Our venue is the beautiful Coton Village Hall, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, UK – Coton is situated just west of Cambridge, over the M25 bridge on Madingley Road. There is parking in the centre of the village.

Coton is also just a 15 minute cycle from the centre of Cambridge, either along Adams Road and the West Cambridge University Site Cycle Path – this way is very beautiful, you get to see lots of fields – or just by cycling along Madingley Road. (Tip for Madingley Road – don’t cycle on the road with the traffic; on the pavement on the right hand side is the cycle path, thats where you cycle, all the way along the road till you see the sign for Coton Orchard, then you cross the road at the handy crossing. Otherwise you have to deal with the M25 junction and lots of very intense cars and lorries which is hella stressful.)

Cost: £35.
